One of the highlights of the Frankfurt Motor Show - Kia GT Concept, will be produced in series. This solid AutoCar, based on remarks by Paul Philpott (Paul Philpott) – CEO of Kia Europe.

“The first step was to create models to compete in every segment with brands such as Ford and Citroën. After these models are fared, we ready to think about more daring works.”

Philpott’s statement certainly does not sound like official confirmation of the serial production of Kia GT, but the English edition says that the futuristic vehicle will enter the market early in 2013.

Kia GT Concept is equipped with 3.3-liter turbocharged gasoline engine Lambda V6 GDI. Engine with direct injection generates 395 hp and 534 Nm of torque. The gearbox of Kia GT  is an 8-speed automatic.
