The Dominican Republic is located in the eastern part of the Haiti Island. It has a number of small islands in the group of large islands in the Caribbean Antilles. Initially it was a Spanish colony, but later passed into the possession of France. In 1822, it was involved in drafting the Republic of Haiti, but soon got the required independence and became the Dominican Republic. Today, this beautiful island, is an exotic paradise with Latin American rhythms and unique cultural, which is preserved its original character and architecture.
