Nissan officially confirmed the information that in March the automobile salon in New York will show new generation of the Infiniti QX56. US popular SUV model QX56 will be on sale this summer. The new generation of the Infiniti QX56 2011 will be produced on the same platform on which to assemble and present.

Infiniti QX56 has the same engine with eight cylinders and 5.6 liters volume, but its power from the current 325 will reach 400 hp in the new version. What will be entirely changed is the design of the QX56 bodywork and interior. Will be new headlight cover motor, grille, fenders will have different air intakes, a new will and front bumper. Infiniti QX56 back will see new taillights and new bumpers.

Current generation of Infiniti QX56 (and that of the Nissan Armada), was discontinued last year. So far, this QX56 was produced in the factory of Nissan in the U.S., but the new generation of Infiniti QX56 will now be made in Japan.

Along with the Infiniti QX56, shortly Nissan and Infiniti will earn market and other new models. Among them will be the new generation of Infiniti M, the sales of Infiniti QX56 will begin in the spring, a new special version of the Nissan 370Z sports and small crossover Nissan Juke will go on sale in September.
